2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Payments can be made securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking) or by Cash on Delivery (if available)
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer due to the perishable nature of products.
3. DELIVERY
Delivery charges and timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery slots are subject to availability and external conditions (traffic, weather, etc.).
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 business days as per our Return & Refund Policy.
