DELIVERY CHARGES:

– Delivery charges of Rs. 40/- is applicable to all orders up to 6 KM and the additional charges apply beyond 6 KM calculate based on distance.

– Orders delivered faster within 1 to 1 ½ hour depending on location.

* SCHEDULED DELIVERY:
– Orders delivered in the time slot chosen by you at checkout.

FISTY RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

– Since, we sell fresh fish and seafood, we follow strict quality checks. However, if you face any issues, our policy as follows:

* RETURNS:
– Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if:
• The product deliveres is wrong, damaged or spoiled.
• You inform the delivery executive immediately.
• Once accepted by the customer, no return request will be entertained later due to the perishable nature of products.

* REFUNDS:
• If your order is cancelled by us (due to unavailability or delivery issue), you will receive a full refund within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.
• If payment was made via Razorpay (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking), refund will be initiated throught the same channel.

FISTY PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY (RAZORPAY COMPLIANCE):

• We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Walltes, Net Banking).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be available depending on your location.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer after confirmation, as we process fresh fish procurement immediately.
• In case of order cancellation by Fisty (due to stock or delivery constrains), the customer will be notified and a full refund will be process with 2 – 3 working days.
• Refund time lines depend on the bank / payment gateway, but we ensure timely processing from our side.
